We offer the following full range of PR services, but will only advise you to use the services you need to achieve your objectives. We don’t believe in PR for PR’s sake, and we measure our results against your objectives regularly:

Strategic Campaign Planning

Our starting point with any PR programme is to understand what the business objectives are. We will want to get under the skin of your business to fully understand it, who you want to reach, with what information, and the issues that matter to you and your target audiences. We will then plan a strategic campaign, using the most appropriate PR tactics to directly support the achievement of those business objectives.
Media Relations

We have a proven track record or securing consistent quality press coverage for clients in the publications read by their target audience. Whether that's through news, profile interviews, feature contributions or blogs, quality press coverage that successfully delivers a strategic message for your brand, is a powerful advocate for your business that can change perceptions, build profile and support sales.
Crisis Management

There’s a broad spectrum of issues that have the potential to cause reputational damage to your business. Expert prior planning and prompt and decisive action both online and offline, should the worst happen, is crucial to mitigating the impact of a crisis. We have extensive experience in crisis PR, having fielded terrorist threats, competition commission enquiries, company sales, mergers, and acquisitions.
Press Office

We will manage the press office as part of a comprehensive programme or as a stand alone function, acting as the first point of contact for media enquiries and removing that responsibility from your shoulders. We will work with you to devise appropriate and timely responses and feed back to the journalist to maintain good relationships with the media and ensure your business is always represented positively and proactively.
Internal Communications

Consistency is crucial in communications and should be reinforced internally. For instance, take a scenario where an article appears in the press announcing the launch of a new product or service: a potential customer calls your company because they are interested in it, and the person they speak to doesn’t know anything about it. Potential sale won through external PR; potential sale lost through lack of internal communication.
Perception Audits

We’ll work with you to identify which stakeholders you need to canvass and develop a question set to get straight to the heart of what they think and then report back to you, warts and all! As with all our services, the perception audit is not an off the shelf product, we put it together specifically for your business and it can run as a stand alone exercise or as the pre-cursor to a PR programme.
Brand Workshops

A brand isn't just a logo. We know that when you live and breathe a business every day it can be hard to see the wood for the trees, so our brand workshops are designed to provide the oxygen to bring a brand to life. We can work with as many or as few of your team using focus groups, surveys and workshop sessions to help you arrive at clear, relevant and compelling brand positioning and messaging for your business.
Media Training

Media training develops confidence and gives your company spokespeople the skills they need to deliver a positive message under pressure that maximises the opportunity. Giving a good interview requires a particular approach and lots of practice. We recommend that all our clients’ appointed spokespeople take part in a formal media training session before they start doing media interviews, and those who have done have refreshers.
Copywriting

We think that writing flowing, elegant prose about our ability to write flowing, elegant prose is a little odd. But it’s true that we ‘do words’, so if you need professional copywriting or content services, give us a call. We can create compelling optimized content for a range of communication materials including: Blogs, Videos, Press releases, Media copy, Brochures, Case studies, Website copy, Annual reports, Newsletters, and more.
PR Tools

We’ve got years of hands on experience in tactical implementation, using PR tools to deliver all manner of campaigns, so once the plans are in place we deliver results. Whatever the message is you need to get out, we’ll come up with a way to do it. That might mean jumping on the news agenda at very short notice, or creating an event or communication from scratch when opportunities don’t seem to present themselves.
Campaign Evaluation

At the outset of activity we will propose and agree the metrics by which results should be judged, and we provide detailed evaluation reports as standard. We evaluate regularly during the campaign, using the outcome not just as a measure of success, but as a guide to keep activity on course, and know when to change tack if necessary. We verify the right messages are being heard by the intended audience.
PR Training

For those businesses who want to build up their in-house expertise in order to manage external resource more effectively, we offer PR coaching to cut through the mystery and offer a practical approach to communicating with your target audience. We will tailor make a PR training course to suit your needs, whether it be for local managers or senior executives, and because we’re PR people, not just trainers, we’ll teach you ‘the practice’ not the theory.
