Sterling Appoints New Regional Development Manager for the West Midlands

 

Sterling Insurance Group, the high net worth and commercial SME insurance specialist, has appointed Pauline Palmer as a Regional Development Manager for the West Midlands and South Wales region, reporting to Kirk Peattie, Sterling’s Birmingham Branch Manager.

Pauline has over 27 years’ experience in the insurance industry with particular expertise in the SME market. She has joined Sterling from broker network, Purple Partnership where she was instrumental in supporting regional brokers to develop their business. Prior to this, she worked at online insurance marketplace, Powerplace having previously worked as a personal lines broker.

Pauline joins Sterling’s West Midlands team at an exciting time in its development. In the last year it has increased new business income by 14%, invested in new offices and taken on 6 new staff. Pauline’s priorities will be to support the existing BDM team to grow and develop yet further, with a particular focus on expanding into South Wales.
