SchemeServe, a leading cloud based provider of insurance software for intermediaries, has today announced the appointment of Andrea Sadler as Head of Sales.
Andrea has 25 years’ experience in the insurance industry working with major insurers, commercial brokers and re-insurance companies across UK and Europe. She is a highly experienced and effective sales professional across both Commercial and Personal Lines. Andrea joins from Coast Underwriting where she was Group Business Development Director for four years, responsible for day to day management of the MGA and development of Group business sales and marketing opportunities, including carrier relationships and development of a broker network across UK and Ireland.
Prior to that she set up her own commercial MGA. She spent four years as the London Head of TCF and Customer Research Programmes at The Post Office Financial Services and seven years as Senior Client Relationship Manager at RBS Insurance. She also had other previous insurance sales and account manager positions at AXA and NLA Group.

SchemeServe has seen continued growth over the last 12 months with numerous deals including preferred partner deals with three large insurers. It operates more than 200 schemes and over £150m of gross written premium. It expects that to double that by the end of 2018.
It will be looking to increase the scope of its sales and marketing team further with the recruitment of another regional BDM and a marketing executive in the coming weeks as well as the addition of new software developers.
