Prism Network shortlisted for Service Provider of the Year at the West Midlands Insurance Institute Awards 2013

National commercial property disaster recovery firm, Prism Network is delighted to have been shortlisted for Service Provider of the Year at the forthcoming West Midlands Insurance Institute Awards 2013. The nomination is in recognition of its commitment to delivering a comprehensive disaster recovery service that not only ensures policyholders receive a rapid response but also greatly reduced claims lifecycles and costs for insurers.

In just three years this local business, headquartered in Leicester, has truly made its mark on the insurance market by delivering outstanding customer service to all stakeholders via a high quality claims handling process, significant reduction in claims lifecycle and indemnity spend; and most importantly by maintaining a sharp focus on delivering outstanding customer service to policyholders nationwide.

As a result of these efforts, 9 out of 10 policyholders recommend Prism, it achieves an average claims lifecycle of 50 days compared to an industry average of 90 days and the business has grown by 41 per cent in the last 12 months.  Its commitment to customer service is really sets it apart:  “From the initial meeting with Prism, I knew that we were in safe hands. Prism arrived with a team of vetted local contractors of electricians, plumbers and builders to survey the damage; they provided a full estimate – for everything from drying, new data cabling, incoming mains, lights, ceiling tiles, plastering, decorating and flooring – made the building safe, restored the electricity and water supply and began to strip and dry our offices”,  says Martin Farrar, Director at Independent Appointments.

Mark Orton, Managing Director at Prism Network commented:  “To be nominated for such a prestigious award is a fantastic achievement. It’s testament to the high standards we set for our business and the hard work and dedication of every member of the Prism team who collectively ensure that we make a real difference to both insurers and policyholders alike.  Service Provider of the Year is a very competitive, category and as such, we are immensely proud to be shortlisted and look forward to the Award Ceremony in Birmingham on 31st October.”
