Bexhill UK Limited, the insurance premium finance provider and part of Orchard Funding Group Plc, has strengthened its senior management team with the appointment of highly-experienced sales professional Andy Appleton as its new Sales Director.
The appointment is a key part of Bexhill’s overall ambition to win a significant share of the market for premium finance amongst brokers following the flotation of its parent company, Orchard Funding Group plc, in June 2015. The company is also moving into larger premises in Luton, which will house its growing sales team and cater for the expected growth.
Andy has worked in the insurance sector for 28 years, the last 18 years in the premium finance market where he has held senior sales positions with Close Brothers and Laser UK. At Bexhill he will drive the growth of its in-house premium finance and direct finance propositions, enhance brand awareness and develop long term relationships with key partners across the UK insurance sector.
