ALPS strengthens management team with appointment of Client Services Director

 

 

Auto Legal Protection Services (ALPS), one of the UK’s leading providers of motor claims solutions, legal expenses and additional products, has announced the promotion of Ben Lemmon to the role of Client Services Director.

 

Ben joined ALPS earlier this year from Gallagher Bassett, where he was responsible for larger Lloyds based insurer clients. He has over 15 years’ experience in the insurance industry with at least 10 years in claims handling.

 

In his new role Ben will be responsible for the client service strategy, new business and marketing, reporting to the Managing Director, Lee Riley.

 

Overseeing the account management, business development, sales and marketing teams, Ben’s objective is to provide existing and new clients with products and services that make ALPS the first choice for brokers and insurers.
