Auto Legal Protection Services (ALPS), one of the UK’s leading providers of motor claims solutions, legal expenses and additional products, has reported a 21 per cent increase in turnover for the financial year of 2015/2016 ; seeing an increase of claims managed by 25 per cent.
The figures show continued success for the company, which has seen a plus 20 per cent increase in turnover for the last three years. In 2016, ALPS is expecting growth to come from an increase in schemes and additional products as well as greater volumes of its outsourced FNOL motor claims solutions.
During 2015 ALPS struck significant deals with brokers and networks such as Finch and TEn Insurance. In March, ALPS announced an exclusive deal with Clegg Gifford to provide its entire FNOL motor claims service across both personal and commercial lines. It was also awarded delegated authority by Tradex in March this year.

ALPS and ALPS Legal now employ a total of 74 staff, with a 95 per cent staff retention rate. Staff training is high on the company’s agenda – ALPS delivered 1220 hours of training in the last five months of 2015 alone – a 57 per cent increase on the previous year. As a result of its continued success ALPS has just won the Modern Claims Award for Outstanding Commitment to Training.
